Coconut Cream Pie
We’ve been baking pies for eight years, and have sold more of this pie than any other. Several customers have commented, that it was the best they’ve ever had because it doesn’t taste artificial. It’s completely fresh made, with a layer of sweet coconut pudding, and topped with homemade whipped cream and toasted coconut flakes.

The Sugar Nook Story~
Eight years ago our family began baking pies for a local coffee shop. Our parents wanted to raise each of us to be creative entrepreneurs, and to teach us to effectively buy, sell, and meet the needs of people around us through business. Since that day, we have been working to create new recipes, reach out to more people, and grow our business. One valuable things we’ve learned is that this business is not so much about what we’re selling (the product) as it is who we’re reaching out to (the people – you!), and what needs we’re trying to meet.
I (Sarah) took over the baking business a few years ago, doing holiday bake sales for local customers. Today that has grown, and I now I work with my younger brother Jonathan (13) to bake year-round, offering a variety of baked goods – including some made with healthier natural sugars for those who have dietary restrictions, or are trying to eat healthier.
We are a brother-sister team working from home. We specialize in holiday baking (join our email list for special holiday offers!) but offer an extensive list of goodies, year round. We also offer a variety of baked goods made with natural sugars such as honey, agave syrup, date sugar, and others (Try our popular Buttery Black Raspberry Bars – photo below!!!).
